Prepared Messages are personalized messages that you create and can use to easily send or reply to messages from your phone. You create a short name that appears on your phone list so you can easily identify the message. When using Prepared Messages on your phone, you can add to or edit the message. If you are checking your email with the phone, you may want someone to call you, or you may want someone to send you an email with their phone number in it - so you can call them. Examples of prepared messages may be something like, 'I'm on the road right now, please call me at 202-555-1234', or 'I'm on my cell phone, send me your phone number and I'll call you right back'. Prepared messages will make it easier to use email and your phone.
