Use the address book to make it easy to send messages from your phone. Your address book is populated by mailing from your phone, or by adding addresses here. You can use the short name, which will appear on your phone, to easily identify to whom you want to send the messages. If you want to add a mailing list (a single message to multiple people), add all the email addresses to a single entry, and use a semi-colon and a space to separate each address.
For example, to create an address book entry for people in your office, you might create an address book entry with a short name of 'Office' and an address of 'bob@youroffice.com; jill@youroffice.com; bill@youroffice.com'
Any message sent from your phone will add an address book entry. As you send from your phone, the addresses you use most will appear at the top of the list.
If you want to see your address book in alphabetical order, click on the titles of each column.
